Q: How much will a tile clean cost?
A: That depends on the scaling involved, size of the pool or spa area.

Q: How much will plaster whitening cost?
A: Factoring in stain and scale removal, and area of pool or spa.

Q: Can I save if I have both done at the same time?
A: We always offer a complete tile & plaster discount

Q: How often should I drain my pool?

A: Every two years ..this is the only way to remove calcium hardness and heavy metals from the water

Proper water chemistry only keeps metals and minerals suspended..at some point they will fall out.

We will check water hardness levels and drain the pool at no charge to you...New water is very important, it enables water sanitizers to work more efficiently.

Q: Can cleaning scatch the tile?
A: Our polishing buffers will not harm the tile finish.

Q: Old plaster?
A: If the plaster is not ulcered or flaking it can be whitened.

Q: How long will a tile clean take to complete?
A: One to three hours

Q: Do we need to drain the pool for a tile clean?
A: No.

Q: Do we need to drain the pool to whiten the plaster?
A: Yes.

Q: How do you clean the tile?
A: We use a special Soda Blasting disolvable solution.

Q: What are these blue stains in my pool?
A: Copper sulfate from algecides or copper plumbing.

Q: Could my pool man have prevented calcium on my tile?
A: No, pools should be drained once a year to remove dead water.

Q: How long will a complete tile and plaster restoration take?
A: Two or three days.
